Abstract: We prove that for any integers \(d\) at least 3 and \(n\) between 1 and \(d\), there is a bijection between the spaces of degree \(d\) "marked" post-critically finite Newton maps of polynomials and the space of degree \(d\) post-critically minimal Newton maps \(N_{pe^q}\), where \(p\) and \(q\) are polynomials with degree \(d-n\) and \(n\). The bijection is provided by Haissinsky surgery.
