Abstract: We will discuss a generalization of dendroidal automata to infinite alphabets and use these automata to define a tree-like median algebra structure on a symbolic space related to the abstract Julia set of self-similar groups defined by kneading automata. For a PSF finite polynomial with no super-attracting cycles, we sketch the relation to the median algebra structure on the actual Julia set.
